Thank you. I was literally leaning out of my car window at the traffic light to take the shot. Liked the line convergence and the glean.

Saw these two wash basins in small shop, still unopened early in the morning. The colour is exquisite, helped by the muted lighting. Thank you.

The wall pictures are from the recent sequel to “Alice in Wonderland”.
This is, of course, the Mad Hatter, played by the sppoky Johnny Deppe.
The lighting was delicious. I enjoyed the picture-taking and let the tea run cold.
Waited a while for the bartender to get in place.

I like to add that I rather like the effects and moods of this picture. It had been underexposed drastically to achieve this. Walter, I would still like to have your expert comment.
BTW. This picture had been submitted, not dumped.

Walter. I admire your pixel-perfect pictures as usual. I am sure you have taken years to perfect it. I also have been taking pictures since the early 80s. So the mediocre pictures of mine are my expressions, though they might not be as good as yours. I have also been a member of Leicaimages for over 3 years, having dumped over 1500 pictures over that period.
Please stay and continue you good work. I have dumped my last picture onto the Nickon site. Good bye.

I have waited for a few days for your helpful comment. Here is my "take".

As I was buffeted by the wind and rain on that morning, I saw the dark clouds, and this shaggy tree, with its unkempt branches, jutting into the sky in defiance. I snapped the shot, deliberately under-exposed to emphasise the stark nature of the contest. No. It was not pixel-perfect, sharp, nor pretty, and not meant to be.

The title is “approaching storm”. This is what I REALLY want to show. I welcome your comments on whether it is effective or on how it could be improved.

Thank you. Cycling on a road that doesn't have to lead somewhere. Just peddle. How nice.

Thank you. Took me a while - to decide to focus on the background, leaving the two in soft focus.
Seems better than the other way.

Thank you. I get this feeling of relief, when I step under a well-shaded tree, after walking for a while in the hot sun. Cool-aid?

Thank you. With manual focus, the challenge was to get the dogs in focus.

Thank you. That day, after the rain, I decided to do it in colour, as the fallen leaves had added drama to the pic. It was still a dull day.

Early morning sky at 6am in Chinatown. This is an old tea merchant, importing real tea leaves. The sign is new though - "New Spring Tea Store".

Thank you. Can you feel the old folks' tea break? Doing it slowly, with deliberation, for tea break is something they do not do to get to something else; it is something they do.

Thank you. Someone had given a lot of thoughts to the design of this park; walk paths are seldom straight, and are surrounded by trees and rocks. The fun for me, as a photographer, is to look at it from different angles, and height.

I saw this rugged path to the playground. Not sure which is the focus? But each one is important. Good or not, it is interesting.

Thank you. I wondered myself. There is a half-hidden figure behind her too. But, generally I shoot for the picture content, and won't scratch my head for too long. Just a bit.

Than you. I like black and white images, particularly those from the masters, who emphasise on contents.

Thank you. There are trees and there are trees. Came out to the carpark, to see this resting on the sky. Lucky to have my 50 Lux.
