This image was shot during a 10th anniversary concert to remember a well-known leader of a band Republika, who died of a brain tumor, If I am not mistaken. I can see the eyes, as if he was looking down on the crowd gathered to celebrate his artistic body of work and remember his name. I know that It is just an illusion, probably not noticeable to everyone, but it was a moment that I will remember.
for a split second, i had my doubts before taking the shot, but then i remembered to follow my instincts. I will keep this shot in my library because it is strong. We need to live the moment, because time flies and with each year we are "closer to the ground".
i like the photo but not the post processing, seems like too much structure on the background which now competes with the subject, especially considering f2 aperture - it should be smooth as butter... just an opinion, hope you do not get offended
haunting, but a bit unbalanced - with a little bit more careful composition could be really engaging... right now catches my eye, but does not hold my attention for technical reasons - just my 2 cents, hopefully constructive
