Nice shot, but for me the tree and the artifact on the top left of the photo is somehow distracting. You better try to crop it from the left side and perhaps on the top a little bit to make it more clean.
Just my suggestions...

I like this night landscape, the city lights in the background and people walking in the foreground, I think that the "human element" is key in this shot ... the scene is richer, more attractive and more interesting!
