Well spotted legit, you are indeed correct, originally taken 90deg rotated to the left. The earing is the main giveaway. I just prefer it this way up to as shot!

Great shot, wonderful model, but should this pic not be rotated though 90deg, the model's hair looks incongruent flowing horizontally though.
