In macro I would go for the insect close. u would probably need extension tube with the 80-400 u have used

Thanks for your comment. I have a question, in a photo opportunity like this one, what would you would you aim for, the insects per se, or the above frame?
I'm trying to develop a better eye and appreciate any tips or suggestions.
