OM40 with Real non AI Mount lens Sample Photo 22291 By nrb

OM40 is not a rangefinder for sure. I used it yesterday because it was the only camera I had in my car trunk when I came back from the post office with the new film in hand. The day was sunny and I couldn't resist trying it. Notwithstanding I do believe rangefinding is a style and a state of mind, and can be practised with other film cameras.

My experience is limited and I know of no other film like this one. It reminds me, however, of the rendering of oriental prints and drawings.

Actually hundreds of fish were swimming in these shallow waters.
This was my first experiment with chinese film. Came today from HK.
