Thanks to you I walked past this trio, then turned around, thinking I can do this, smiled my friendliest smile, and asked if I could take a photo. His demeanor changed and his face lit up. He was delighted, allowing me to take a few shots.
Ok, he had a short attention span, so 3 shots was enough for him, but it was a "one small step for mankind" step for me.
Note to self.....approach people with dogs, they are friendlier.
