CS3 to Silver Efex Pro. A quick selection of one of the presets depending on what im looking for(High Structure or Neutral,Sepia,Holga,etc,,) Then the key for me is coming back to CS3 & tweaking the " Selective Color Channels, "Black,Neutral & White. Really brings out the blacks nicely IMHO.
