My eyes fell on the subject first thing with this one.
I watch people look at pictures on FB and they spend one or two seconds looking at a photo, and with many photos that is all they deserve. But I ask myself "what is it that they saw at such a quick glance?" The first glance is important. Yet it is a shame that the quick glance is all people give a photo these days.
With this photo the first glance is people pushing a gurney with something stacked on it; but taking time to enjoy the photo I see an old phone booth and said to myself “I did not think there were any more of these around.” I see a lady pondering where she needs to go but a guy going where he needs to be. The first glance pulled me in to so much more.
