By your own words, you might be lazy, but definitely not untalented. Whether false modesty or not, there are some excellent photos here. My favorites are the series of 3 at the beach, and a few capturing those less fortunate souls of our society.
Expect to see more great ones. Keep shooting. Sometimes we don't see the picture while we are photographing, but rather, afterwards as we stare at our monitors.
