Thank you for your kind words and advice.
Lightroom has been recommended to me. Is Photomatix part of that or a different program? My Boston cousin showed me Lightroom briefly so that I would see what I was missing, believe I saw Photomatix there, or I could be wrong. Is there a special version I should buy?
Truthfully, am not a fan of HDR, have only used it a couple of times for better defintion. This marina photo was an experiment, showing 2 versions. Most liked the HDR.
