I will try to wright in english:
The leafs were in a very strong sunlight, the background was very dark without light and without information of structure for a images. The rest of structure were removed with Capture One masking.
The saturation of the leafs were strongly increased.

How did you separate the foreground from the background? Or how did you get the black background?

waeshael : Thanks for your like ! The image was taken without flash. This is the very lat sunlight. Image develop with Capture One Pro 7. Colors with high saturation.
