These are city gardeners who plant in the little parks and on the Promenade on the river. This is my "back yard" so to speak. Last year they introduced the spider plants, now I see a few more new varieties. Thank goodness for these wonderful people. Unfortunately, never see them. Would thank them profusely for making our lives brighter.

Don't know the plant, but love the colors - the one in the background is as beautiful as the leaves in focus.
