this picture and some of the series have been taken with a Canon 180 macro lens plus a 1,4 Kenko converter from far distance, because the location was a botanic garden and it was not possible and allowed to go nearer - there was a fence between. So this picture is a strong crop and no real macro - therefore stacking was not possible too. That is the explanation for the unusual focal length of 252 mm in the Exifs - at least in the original crop - I do not see this here.
