Hi, the image shows the Hundertwasser apartment building complex called "Waldspirale" in Darmstadt/Germany, designed by the famous Austrian artist Friedrich Hundertwasser. Compared to much older historical buildings, this building needs after 20 years or so, unfortunately, an fresh coat of colors which you cannot see in this picture.
