Appreciate your good words. This overlook is only 2 short blocks from my home, on the East River. Especially beautiful views at twilight as the lights of Manhattan switch on. To the left (north) is the Triborough Bridge, to the right (south) are the Queensborough, Williamsburg, Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges with downtown's partial skyline. It is part of the Promenade, which when finished will encircle the entire island of Manhattan with park benches, flowers, and walkways for biking, rollerblading and jogging. It is a welcome relief from the interior city jungle. If you come I will take you there.
Shall be choosing new camera in near future which will enable me to use Zeiss lenses. Apologize for using the little Fuji but it was due to necessity.
