No, this is not my finest work, so judge me not on technique, it was the spirit of the moment that I wished to capture.
This young man with black nail polish walked somberly, reverently to this poster. It was as if he were in church. He moved in slow motion, first touching the glass, then bowing his head as if in prayer. I looked at the date 8/14, it was opening the next day. Thoughts of the Aurora, Colorado massacre were still fresh in my mind. I wanted to document this in case.....in case it was ever needed. What a terrible thought, but my background and life experiences have taught me that life is a game of chess.
