Thanks All! The water was marginally warmer I think. The air temperature was around zero C and I think that the water was around 4-5 degrees. There was ice in many protected bays and this is a tidal area so the water comes and goes. I am back home now after four fantastic days on Lofoten with all sorts of weather except really murky weather with fog and snow all day except the last day when we drove to the airport of Kiruna in Sweden.
